WAYS to WEAR.

Your knitwear-layering cheat sheet

Our fave thing about knitwear (it’s pretty hard to pick just one tbh!) is how easy it is to layer into your look. We’re here with some need-to-know styling tips to level up your layering game this season. ‘Cause we’re here for staying warm all winter *without* having a Joey from Friends moment…

Time for tee

The quickest way to warm up (and still look cute) is to add a cardigan over a white shirt or T-shirt. You can always add a little cami underneath, too. Pair with some leggings, trousers, jeans or even a high-waisted skirt to balance out a chunky knit on top. We reach for this look all the time, especially when we’re WFH.

So in(vest)ed

Knitted vests are such an underrated winter style staple. They’re perfect to warm up shirts for work or worn over flowy dresses with tights and boots for the perfect low-key weekend look. Opt for vests in monochrome or neutral shades for max wardrobe versatility.

Slip into your basket

Make your summer slip dresses ready for chilly days in literally two seconds by adding a rollneck jumper underneath (or over the top to make your dress look like a midi skirt). Team with some chunky trainers or with a pair of tights and some biker boots to finish the look.

Cardis are the new coats

On days when winter isn’t wintering *too* hard knitwear can totally work as outerwear. Think longline cardigans, oversized wraps and scarves you can pull on over the rest of your outfit. You can always add a belt or go for a style with a tied waist to feel a little more cinched in. This is the perfect look if you tend to overheat on the commute or you’re doing a quick dash to the shops!
