WAYS to WEAR

Four ways we’re styling leather trousers this season

We *love* a leather look for winter. Whether it’s a full-length leather coat, a leather skirt or a pair of leather-look trousers, we’re probably wearing some kind of leather as part of our ‘fit.

Into the idea but not 100% sure how to work them into your wardrobe? Leather-look trousers are so easy to wear that once you start, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without ‘em. Here are four ways we’ve been styling ours lately to get you started…

The cosy collective

Leather + knits = pretty much our winter outfit formula for everything from in-office days to hot-girl coffee runs. Trust us when we say they’ll actually go with any snug jumper or cardi. Just add a gorge oversized coat over the top and finish with a pair of boots or loafers and you’re good to go.

Next-level layering

Leather works super well as a base for a layered-up look, especially if you want to take a break from the boyfriend jeans you’ve been living in lately. Make the look your own by adding interest - think preppy sweatshirts and sporty hoodies or a buy now, wear forever leopard print coat. It’s the perfect way to get more wear out of the pieces you already have.

Take me out

Not content with being your new daytime staple, these trousers are the ideal day-to-night piece, too. Just add your fave going out top and heels (or flats if they’re more your thing) and you’ve got a going-out outfit that looks luxe without being OTT. Satin and sequins are your after-dark staples here, so team with something like our cream satin asymmetric top or this black stripe cami. See you at the bar!

Weekend win

If you’re running errands but still want to look like you’ve got your life together, pair these with a basic T-shirt and slip a blazer or oversized shirt on top. Finish with some chunky trainers to go from in bed to out the door in a matter of minutes… hopefully anyway.
