According to experts of psychology, 2020 has been the year of JOMO, otherwise known as the ‘Joy of Missing Out’. And we may not be experts of psychology, but we think it’s safe to say there’s a few very obvious reasons as to why this year everyone’s experiencing a case of JOMO.
With the majority of social plans we had for this year cancelled and there being generally less events to look forward to for the time being, there’s simply not very many things we can get FOMO (fear of missing out) about. But even when things do start getting back to normal, it’s safe to say we’ve all been enjoying having a case of JOMO.
