To be yourself is to be brave. This Pride season, we’re celebrating the joy of being unapologetically you.
We’re proud allies here at New Look and have a two-year and counting partnership with LGBT Foundation
– a national charity that delivers advice, support and information services to LGBT communities.
Not only does our collaborative partnership
raise funds for the charity (our current total sits at an impressive £140k!), but it also supports our own team’s education. Recently, our People Experience and Inclusion team attended the LGBT Foundation Training Academy and are now working towards their accreditation. Our Pride Ally Group – which is formed of colleagues from across the business – will be joining the Academy Training later this year, too.
