@newlook_lizzy – CRM Executive, Norwich

What made you want to become a #NewLooker?
“My job sits within the marketing team so every day I’m thinking about what the customer wants and how I’m going to make them love the product – why not practice what I preach and show off what I love at New Look and why. I’m keen to break norms of what mums should be wearing, too.”

How would you describe your style?
“I asked a member of my team and she said ‘fun, colourful, vibrant and casual-cool’ – I’ll take that! I love to keep up with the latest trends and try new things.”

@newlook_annie – Sales Advisor, Devon

When did you discover your love of fashion?
“At 40, I retrained as a beautician – I was a dental nurse – and quickly realised I needed to step up my game with regards to looking polished and stylish. My interest in clothes and styling gradually grew and friends started to ask where I got my outfits.”

What’s your most treasured piece in your wardrobe?
“Can I choose pieces? I’m obsessed with sequins and have dresses, skirts, tops, a suit and even a bomber jacket covered in them! Last year I did a challenge where I wore sequins every day for a week – I’ll *definitely* be doing it again, who’s with me?”

@newlook_dominic – Visual Supervisor, Brighton

Who’s your celeb style inspo?
“Matilda Djerf and Alejandro Zwartendijk. Matilda because of her ability to effortlessly blend chic and minimalistic elements into her outfits and Alejandro for his bold and distinctive fashion choices.”

What’s your go-to autumn outfit?
“A cute knitted jumper, comfy tailored trousers and my trusty dad trainers. I’ll also add a big, chunky scarf on crisp autumn days.”

@newlook_kim – Sales Advisor, Oxford

What kinda looks can we expect from your feed?
“Outfits for dinner with the girls and nights out-out – I love dressing up!”

Name a clothing item you hope will never go out of style…
Maxi skirts as they’re perfect for any occasion. For the longest time I thought they wouldn’t suit me because I’m short, but I was wrong and they’re now a staple in my wardrobe!”

@newlook_tessa – Customer Care Teammate, Weymouth

What are your favourite things you own from New Look?
“I LOVE my cropped denim jackets in blue, black and off-white which make an appearance every spring/summer. Another favourite is my black leather-look shorts – I’ll be styling them for autumn with tights, boots and a nice jumper.”

Are there pieces you always gravitate towards when shopping?
Neutral tones and basics as they’re easy to style with other pieces in my wardrobe – I love purchasing items I know I will wear again and will last me way more than six months.”

@newlook_beth – Senior Trade Analyst, Weymouth

What’s your favourite outfit you’ve ever worn?
“For a Christmas party last year, I wore a bright pink fringe dress with platform gold heels – anyone that knows me knows I love a bit of pink!”

Tell us one piece everyone should pick up this season…
“A black satin midi skirt – you can dress it up for a night with the girls or dress it down with chunky boots and flats.”

@newlook_carolineandolivia – Sales Advisor, Dual Site Visual Merchandiser and Supervisor, West Yorkshire

People should follow us because...
“We’re the only #NewLooker duo meaning double the fashion and double the fun! Being besties, we have similar taste but we’re different heights and sizes, so you get to see looks on different body types.”

What’s your favourite season to get dressed for and why?
“Autumn for the layering – one statement coat can transform a simple outfit. There’s also lots you can do with knitwear, like dressing it up with leather-look shorts, knee-high boots and a baker-boy hat.”

@newlook_laura.h – Supervisor, Durham

Describe your style in three words…
“Trendy, casual, glam.”

What outfit do you feel most like yourself in?
“A satin satin skirt, tee and trainers. It’s the perfect mix of the above!”

@newlook_katalina – Supervisor, Berkshire

What colours and prints can we find most of in your wardrobe?
“A lot of accents of bright colour such as greens, oranges and pinks as they go best with my complexion. I prefer a subtle print so most likely pinstripes or swirls. The other half of my wardrobe is filled with classic capsule pieces, which are made up of a neutral colour palette.”

Do you have a favourite fashion era?
“The one we’re currently living in for the clean girl and minimalist aesthetics. I just adore clean lines and neutral tones with accents of colour. It’s giving ‘I’m living in my city-girl era’ and that’s the vibe I go for.”

@newlook_megan – Visual Supervisor, Sheffield

What trend are you most excited about this autumn?
“Quiet luxury – it’s super chic, timeless and wearable. I love channelling it with a trench, logo jumper, leggings and smart bag.”

Who or what has had the biggest impact on your style?
“As my self-confidence has grown, I’ve started to experiment with different fabrics, vibrant colours and patterns. I spent years steering away from certain styles that wouldn’t suit my figure or I felt wouldn’t suit me.”

Megan’s our first TikTok #NewLooker and will be coming to a FYP near you soon – watch this space!
