1. Introducing @Newlook_Luana, One of New Look's Supervisor
Luana Georgiana Nuta, who's been with New Look for a little over 2 years, describes her style as "a little bit of everything", from timeless wardrobe classics to seasonal must-haves, Luana loves to explore trends rather than committing to just one thing.
Luana is hoping to share a wide range of content with her fellow audience and to give people a way of looking at clothes as "more than just a piece of material they simply throw on in the mornings."
What’s something unique that you think you can bring to the table?
"I think we are all unique and different in our own way and, for me, that “key original asset” let’s say, that I have is my excitement for the industry and the way I look at it, also the passion I have for making people understand that clothes really express us best even when words fail to do so."
What made you sign up to be in our team of #NewLookers?
"I personally think it’s a great way to embrace myself and who I am even more. It’s a new and different way to “look” into yourself and how you can step up your game so that others benefit from it as well."
What’s one fashion item you couldn’t live without?
"Off the shoulder tops"
What’s one summer trend you can’t wait to wear?
"That will have to be flowery dresses."

"My style icon is Bella Hadid."
What are you most excited about being in our team of #NewLookers?
"Being able to express myself more through clothes and discovering more about my abilities in a fun way. Also, I can’t wait to get creative, work and learn from people with more experience."
What are you most excited about being in our team of #NewLookers? Would you like to use your platform to discuss topics outside of fashion?
"I personally feel like having a platform always gives you the chance to talk about things that are somehow looked over. Being in an industry that is all about embracing, I always try to cover these topics because the stigma around them is something that needs to be broken. At at the end of the day, we all want the same thing and that is to be able to be ourselves and love ourselves without any regrets and shame.
One of the subjects I want to approach is diversity and equality as I am the perfect example of how much New Look values this. I came to England with no proper plan for my future, I was a delivery person, then I became a shoe specialist, a supervisor and now one of the #NewLookers. I was given all the opportunities everyone else was given and New Look has really shown to be true to their commitment to diversity and equality in the workplace."
